Return Conditions

Return Proces

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exceptions
- The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Health or hygiene products where the seal has been broken.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will issue a refund within 7 business days using the original payment method.
